You have the right to request deletion of your EmergingMarketIQ account and all associated personal data at any time. We will process all verified deletion requests within 30 days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Your account email address and display name
Your account profile and preferences
Your subscription history and status
Your app usage and activity data
Any saved searches or bookmarks
All authentication tokens and sessions

Please note: Once your account is deleted this action cannot be undone. You will lose access to any active premium subscription without a refund for the remaining billing period. If you have an active Google Play subscription please cancel it separately through Google Play before requesting deletion.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

We verify your identity

We will send a confirmation email to verify that the request came from the account owner.

We process the deletion

Once verified we will delete all your data within 30 days and send you a confirmation.
